Emergency dental care
In cases of acute pain, swelling, injury or another urgent dental problem, we try to see you the same day — within clinic working hours and depending on how busy our dentists are.
If you have difficulty breathing or swallowing, the swelling is spreading fast or the situation is life-threatening, call 112 immediately. This website is not an emergency service.
How it works
We provide emergency care during clinic working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00; closed on Sunday. The clinic does not operate around the clock.
Please contact us before coming in — it helps us find a time and a dentist for you faster.
Steps
Contact us
Call us or message us on WhatsApp and briefly describe the problem.
Agree a time
Reception will check which dentist is available and offer the earliest possible time.
Assessment and care
The dentist examines you, takes an X-ray if needed and works to remove or ease the cause of the pain.
Next steps
If full treatment needs several visits, you receive a plan and the time of your next appointment.
What the appointment time depends on
- when you contact us — late in the day there may be no time left;
- how busy the dentists are that day;
- what kind of care you need;
- which branch suits you best.
